The Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival Commemorative Poster for 2011 has been created by Half Moon Bay artist Ellen Joseph. “Pumpkins by the Sea” is a sweeping panorama of the coast near the new Cowell-Purisima Trail. A pathway leads the viewer through Bob’s Pumpkin Patch toward the classic weathered barn and vegetable stand.

The original painting and reproductions will be displayed at the Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival on Oct. 15 and 16 and also at the Ellen Joseph Gallery at 840 Main St. in Half Moon Bay, across from Cetrella.
