Catch your own crab for Christmas with Dennis Baxter of New Captain Pete Sportfishing. He’s offering two crab-only trips on Christmas Eve at 7 a.m. and noon. If you are still searching for an idea for decorating the outside of your home, consider using dwarf conifers “for a more natural holiday landscape.” Laurie Keit wrote an article in the December 2010 issue of CoastViews Magazine. The Coastside Community Christmas sing will take place on December 11, 2011 at the Community United Methodist Church. Five of the local churches are participating in addition to the Coastside Chorale. The Community Sing is a free event, will be held at 7 p.m. and is open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

From 7:30-9 p.m. you will have your spirits lifted with seasonal music performed by the Coastside Chorale.
Traditional and contemporary music will be accompanied by harp, cello and percussion. Also, selections by vocal quintet “Every Second Counts.” Sing along with the chorale for a few traditional carols!

Visit Harbor Books at the Half Moon Bay Harbor this Saturday, December 10 from 2-6 p.m.
