The Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival is almost here! The Coastside Land Trust invites you to march in the parade with them.
The parade is on October 15. Marching in the parade with the members of the Coastside Land Trust will show support for their hard work. Meet in front of Cunha Middle School at 11:15 a.m. Wear your own costume, or wear one of theirs that will be provided for you; Trust Poppy, Trust Rodent, Trust Fawn or Trust Butterfly.
In the Bank of America parking lot you will find Pumpkin Cookies and Pumpkin Seeds for sale. They could use some help with the booth for an hour or two either Saturday or Sunday, and of course get some cookies and seeds for yourself.
The Coastside Land Trust Gallery will be open both days during the Pumpkin Festival from 9 to 5 at 788 Main St., Half Moon Bay. You can start your holiday shopping at the gallery. Stop in to see the beautiful artwork by Beau Gill. Gill is a life-long professional photographer and the subjects of his gallery photographs are the landscapes, flowers and wildlife seen along the San Mateo County coast. Artwork sales will benefit the mission of the Coastside Land Trust to permanently protect open space along the San Mateo County coast.
