Papaya and Avocado Salad Recipe

(adapted from Dr. Oz)

1 large avocado or 2 small

1 papaya

1 tablespoon agave syrup

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 cup extra virgin olive or canola oil

Freshly ground pepper

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds (optional)

Slice the fruit in lengthwise pieces about a half-inch thick.

Stir other ingredients and pour over the fruit. Sprinkle seeds on top.

Dr. Oz recommends rubbing the papaya on your skin for its anti-aging effect so don’t throw away the peels before lavishing on your face first.
