More people are turning to a partial or complete vegetarian diet because of health concerns. I frequently see articles in magazines or news reports on TV about the benefits of a diet filled with fruits and vegetables as the way to prevent disease and live a longer, healthier life.
Coastside Veggies is a group for Coastsiders interested in vegetarianism or animal rights. They connect and support each other and share news and information about vegetarian living on the coast.
